Puppy Spa
Momma mades me an appointment at the puppy spa today. We were late because Auntie Jen was running behind. When we gots there, I wanted to go with Momma, but then Momma said it was the puppy spa, so I wents with the nice lady. I tried to convince them to leave my nose collar there, but Momma noticed and they went and gots it. Darn. I thought I was rid of it.
I'm now all white and pretty again. Momma says I was icky. I don't know the difference. Time to go outside and roll in the dirt!

No Dusty, I've always been white...well, nearly white. I'm blonde. You just could never tell because I was always rolling in the grass or the dirt.

Oh Sadie -
We are sure you looked lovely after being at the spa. Mom said it sounded like a good idea for me - but I am keeping my paws crossed that she forgets that thought!!

My name is Sadie too and I am a yellow lab! I even have a pink nose! I have other names too; poop, dufus, butter ball, Sadie baby, Shady Sadie and sometimes my grandpa calls me Sadie Mae! I will be 3 years old on Sunday, it's easy to remenber it's tax day! I'm hoping for a new colar for my birhday. Dad says no more toys because I don't pick up the ones I have. My favorite is my stuffed duck, if you hold it just right you can make it quak over and over again.
I don't like baths either, but I like to go to the river and chase the ducks (only when mom's not looking). I love to eat, once when I was a baby dad feed me after mom already had, boy was my tummy big! My doctor says I'm am easy keeper. I neaver cry when I get my shots so she gives me treats.

Oh, this is something.
My black lab's name is Sadie Mae. And I spell it m.a.e. also. How funny! She's 6 months old and she is just the apple of my eye.
